Bronwyn is the President of Heiwa Business International and a senior associate with InterPraxis Consulting. She has been involved in ethics consulting over the last two decades.

Bronwyn brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our work with particular reference to the cultural dimensions of assignments, as well as the field of anti-corruption, having served as the National Coordinator and Senior Advisor for Transparency International Canada for 17 years. She is well known and respected for her dynamic facilitation skills through her various assignments with such organizations as:

  • The Canadian Chamber of Commerce;
  • Cytochroma;
  • Revenue Canada;
  • Public Works and Government Services Canada;
  • Human Resource Development Canada;
  • Canadian International Development Agency;
  • Canadian Business Ethics Research Network;
  • Environment Canada; and,
  • Talisman Energy.

She has delivered presentations, workshops and courses on ethics to the International Council on Metals and the Environment, York University (Shulich School of Business), Queen’s University and Sheridan College.

Bronwyn holds a Master’s degree and Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and a MBA from York University. She also has training in dispute resolution from the University of Toronto. Her publications on ethics include “International Business and Ethics: The Role for Ethical Displacement”, and “Corruption in Business: Ethical Choices and Economic Consequences”. Bronwyn is fluent in both English and Japanese.
