Ethics Training Case Studies

Case 1: We worked with a federal government department to design and deliver a training program on values and ethics in the public service. The interactive training was delivered across the country and received praise for both the process and content from the President of the Public Service Commission who called the training program “excellent”.

Case 2: We have carried out a variety of corporate training and workshops for our corporate clients on: developing a code of conduct, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, ethical leadership, bribery & corruption, corporate values alignment, human rights in the workplace, and other topics. All of our clients report high levels of satisfaction.

“The globalization of business, an explosion in new communications technologies such as the Internet, and a proliferation of partnerships and alliances have created a rapidly changing business landscape, one in which new ethical dilemmas emerge on an almost daily basis. Companies that clearly communicate their ethical values, decision-making processes, and codes of conduct to all employees empower them to make appropriate ethical decisions, even when they may be far from headquarters or confronted with a brand new ethical dilemma.” Business for Social Responsibility
